2025 Revaluation

Notices of assessment will be sent to all property owners in early August.

The Village contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. for Assessment services.  Questions regarding property assessments can be directed to Associated Appraisal Consultants at (920) 749-1995 or info@apraz.com.

Open book is an opportunity to meet/speak with our Village Assessor and ask any questions you have regarding your new assessment. Open book will be held the following dates:

Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Village Hall (by appointment)

Friday, August 22, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM via phone (by appointment)

Board of Review: September 10, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (by appointment)

What We Provide

The Assessing Division provides a stable tax revenue structure for the Village by maintaining fair, equitable and current property assessments as required under State of Wisconsin statutes.
